Refund Policy

1. Logo Unlock ($1.99)

The $1.99 AI logo unlock is a one-time digital purchase. If the unlock fails to deliver your chosen logo for any technical reason on our side, email william@bestpolity.com within 30 days and we will either re-deliver the logo or refund the $1.99 charge in full, at your choice.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the logo has been successfully delivered.

2. Platform Fees on Invoices (1%)

Platform fees are deducted from each successful invoice payment via Stripe Connect. When a customer disputes or refunds an invoice through Stripe, Stripe's standard refund rules apply, and the platform fee may also be refunded depending on the dispute outcome. Refunded platform fees are processed by Stripe and credited back to your payout in accordance with their timeline (typically 5-10 business days).

3. Document Mailing Service

Payments for the physical mailing service are non-refundable once the document has been submitted to our mail carrier. If the mail is lost in transit we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email william@bestpolity.com with your account email, the charge date, the amount, and a brief reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your card issuer before contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending review. Please email us first - we are reasonable people and will work to resolve any issue directly.
